Nowhere in pdf or help file can I find what the hell these things are.

1. VMLite Guest Addtions (WTF is this?)
2. VMLiteWorkstationPluginSetup.exe (WTF is this)

why is there no reference on what these are for and what they do? Horrible horrible documentation when things like this are completely left out.

well here one thing that i know the guest addition is a little addition that is added to your windows so it make a connection between both pcs (guest and host)
its also with that that you can make it a xpmode (running xp software seamingless in a windows vista or 7
other fonction that the addition add is the option to copy and past text from one pc to the others and not having to hit right alt+ctrl (if i recall) to be able to move your mouse out of the windows guest pc small windows.
