do you see H: drive in vm? shared folders appear as subdir in H:

if you don't see H:, run this command using cmd
"net use H: \\.host\sfs"

If do not see H:. Ran net use H:\\.host\sfs and get error:
System error 67 has occured
The network name cannot be found

have you installed VMLite Guest Additions? you can do so from Device menu, Install Guest Additions...

very weird, somehow vmlitesf is not working in your vm. How did you create the xp mode vm in the first place? from our Wizard and started from scratch?

can you check "sc query vmlitesf"?
