Congratulations!
I just purchased it. Now, what about a miracast receiver app? I'll buy that quickly too.

Thanks for your support, blp042.

Yes, we are working on a miracast (and chromecast mirroring) receiver for quite some times. The Miracast receiver will be available on Android in next few weeks.

Here are a few images, Android 5.0 Nexus 7 ===> Android tablet:

Miracast receiver is useful for Windows users too, you can turn Android devices as 2nd display for Windows 8.1 that supports Miracast.

My first test report:
Using:
- Raspberry Pi model B with rplay (GPU memory = 256MB)
- Youmap installed as system app on a Samsung S3 mini (I8190) rooted
- Connected via WiFi 72Mbps

Audio only mirroring:
* only mirrors the microphone, not from system audio
* "Record Audio from microphone" remains on despite deactivation

Airplay mirroring:
* same audio issues
* Only software video encoding works, but very laggy (~2 fps), also at lowest Video Bitrate. Changing display capturing method doesn't improve the performance. When will hardware video encoding work for this device?

Hi idefixx22:

What is your android version? I can do a remote session to debug with you to get more ideas.

I have a S3 with Android 4.1.1, and hardware video encoding works ok.

It's Android 4.1.2. But I think the hardware of S3 and S3 mini is quite different. Remote session is no problem, how is it done?
