VBoxVideo.sys causing BSOD when running in VMlite?

I am attaching a crash dump analyze of BSOD.
File Attachment:
File Name: bugcheck.zip
File Size: 2730

Edit: I also have DUMP of VMLite.exe process in format of .DMP file, however it is almost 1GB in size, so will upload only if it is needed.

Update: Directly after the bluescreen when I hit reset VM, it refused to boot with some weird ASCII characters of length 8 bytes displayed at boot-time.
The problem persist until I power OFF VM and manually started VM again.
(Memory corruption inside VM?)

After full power-off VM (shutdown of vmlite.exe) and full power-on problem has disappeared.

After system boot-up I've got message that just before bluescreen some other program had "InPage" Error, suggesting to me memory corruption.

Is it possible that Virtual Machine can corrupt it's own internal memory to the point that this can happen, even if host memory is completly fine?

Also immediently in time of failure, I've discovered
24:42:39.181 PIIX3 ATA: LUN#0: disk read error (rc=VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND iSector=0x5d71f cSectors=0x20)
24:42:39.237 PIIX3 ATA: LUN#0: disk read error (rc=VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND iSector=0x5d73f cSectors=0x20)
24:42:39.238 PIIX3 ATA: LUN#0: disk write error (rc=VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND iSector=0x5d7e7 cSectors=0x8)
24:42:39.240 PIIX3 ATA: LUN#0: disk write error (rc=VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND iSector=0x5dbf7 cSectors=0x4)

However this is weird, because disk was all the time connected. Those errors were highly connected to the bluescreen and entire error in a way VM was working.
The problem persist until full power-off and power-on (reset did not help)

Today everything was fine, however when I saved state, I've got error when trying to restore saved session
00:00:08.323 !!Assertion Failed!!
00:00:08.323 Expression: !VMCPU_FF_ISSET(pVCpu, VMCPU_FF_INTERRUPT_PIC)
00:00:08.323 Location : D:\virtualbox-dev\vbox\src\VBox\VMM\VMMR3\PDM.cpp(880) pdmR3LoadExec

The above error has repeat 3 times, 4th time I've successfully managed to restore saved state and machine resumed operation. Very strange.
